Pre-release terms of service
The rules and limitations governing access to the current ErgoThrive pre-release workspace.
Last updated: September 9, 2026
Service and eligibility
ErgoThrive is a pre-release occupational ergonomics workspace operated by BioSystems One Inc. An authorized user may use it to organize workplace evidence, complete supported assessment workflows, review results, manage corrective actions, and generate reports.
A user must provide accurate account information, protect account access, and be authorized by the organization whose workspace and evidence they use. Workspace owners are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and promptly removing access that is no longer required.
Authorized and acceptable use
- Upload workplace media or personal information only with documented lawful authorization.
- Do not attempt to access another organization, bypass security controls, probe production without written authorization, or introduce malicious content.
- Do not use the service for unlawful surveillance, discriminatory decisions, employee retaliation, or purposes unrelated to legitimate occupational ergonomics and safety work.
- Follow applicable workplace, privacy, records, employment, and professional-practice requirements.
Ergonomic and scientific limitations
ErgoThrive supports structured ergonomics methods and internal screening tools, but module status varies. The interface and generated reports identify validation status, references, model provenance, confidence, manual overrides, and applicable draft watermarks.
Automated posture fitting and calculated scores are decision-support tools, not medical diagnoses, treatment advice, engineering certification, or a substitute for competent professional observation and judgment. Users remain responsible for verifying inputs, selecting the applicable method, interpreting results, and implementing controls.
Customer content
The organization retains its rights in content it supplies. It authorizes BioSystems One and approved service providers to host, process, transmit, secure, and reproduce that content only as needed to operate, support, protect, and improve the contracted service.
The organization is responsible for the accuracy, quality, legality, permissions, and retention instructions associated with its content. Service exports do not replace the organization’s own records-management obligations.
Plans and payments
The current service may display Free, Professional, and Enterprise plan architecture and sandbox prices. Payments, paid subscription activation, refunds, and tax collection are disabled. Displayed pricing does not by itself create a paid-service contract or authorize a charge.
Commercial terms, renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, service levels, support commitments, and order-form precedence must be approved before payments are enabled or a paid plan is sold.
Availability and changes
Pre-release functionality may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. BioSystems One may suspend access needed to address security, misuse, legal requirements, or material service risk. Planned operational controls and external approvals are tracked separately from implemented source code.
Users should retain source evidence and records required by their organization. The pre-release service is not represented as meeting a particular availability, recovery-time, data-residency, regulatory, or enterprise-certification commitment unless that commitment appears in a signed agreement.
Intellectual property and feedback
ErgoThrive, its software, interface, documentation, trademarks, and original content remain the property of BioSystems One Inc. and its licensors. No right is granted except the limited right to use the authorized pre-release service.
If a user provides feedback, BioSystems One may use it to improve the service without transferring ownership of the user’s underlying workplace content.
Ending access and data requests
Users may stop using the service. Organization-wide export or deletion requests must be submitted by an authorized owner or administrator to support@biosystemsone.com and are subject to identity, authority, retention, legal-hold, and backup review.
Final termination effects, survival terms, liability allocation, indemnities, governing law, dispute resolution, and contractual data-return periods require counsel-approved terms or a signed customer agreement before paid use.
Contact
Questions, security concerns, and service requests should be sent to support@biosystemsone.com. Do not include passwords, secret keys, or unnecessary workplace evidence in support email.
